Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Tahr Foundation
to be held 31 October 2026.

Notices of Motion
Members wishing to submit a Notice of Motion for consideration at the AGM are requested to forward their motion to the Committee no later than Thursday 1 October 2026
This will allow sufficient time for the Committee to review submissions and prepare AGM documentation.
Formal AGM Notice
An official AGM communication package will be distributed to members on 15 October 2026 and will include:
- Formal Notice of AGM
- Annual Report
- Financial Statements
- Committee Nominations Received
- Any Notices of Motion
- AGM Agenda and supporting documentation
The NZTF Committee encourages members to participate in the governance of the Foundation by submitting nominations and notices of motion where appropriate.

Nominations for Committee positions are now invited.
Nomination forms for 2026 AGM and Officers consent to Act are attached to this notice for download.
Nomination for Election of Officers: due by no later than 15 October 2026, 8.00am.
Nominations for Office are to be sent to the Secretary of The NZ Tahr Foundation Association: email: admin@nztf.org.nz; no later than 10 workings days before the date of the Annual General Meeting: 31st October 2026
